Had a peaceful stay here. We stayed in the a double room that was well-kept and with comfortable bed. The atmosphere created was majestic. The service was excellant, the food was tasty. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was ok, you can use it throughout the property.

My room included television, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing desk. Private bathroom was spotless.

The staff are absolutely courteous and deserve a 4-star rating. The hotel is in the remote location to window side valley. And it's nestled in a beautiful building not far from Kodaikanal in mid December and beautiful mountains and the restaurant.

Incredibly beautiful and nice hotel located just next door to local sightseeing, the main attractions and all other major restaurants. Awesome views overlooking valley from the spacious room. Nice beds and polite staff. Outstanding food, marvellous location on a hill.

Amazing views from the spacious timber chalet rooms. The breakfast spread is excellent. The staff is courteous and dedicated to making your trip truly memorable. The small balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. highly recommend this resort for a serene and calm stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were incredibly neat and clean, with everything arranged perfectly. The wooden flooring and roofing added a beautiful touch. The hotel provided a delicious dinner buffet one day, and the daily breakfast buffet was equally impressive. The staff were super cooperative and always ready to help. Plus, the location is amazing - just a few kilometers away from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a peaceful and serene experience. The view of the hills from the Timber Chalet was simply breathtaking, with chirping birds surrounding me. Indoor games were available to keep me entertained, and the spa, though not perfect, was still enjoyable. the comfort and quality services provided here were top-notch.

The hotel looks like a heritage property situated on the hilltop. The chalet rooms provide a spectacular view that's breath-taking and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. You can indulge in delicious food, personally customized for you by the chef. The cleanliness of the rooms is well-maintained by the cleaning staff.

The location of the hotel may lead to expensive cab rides as it is situated quite far from the city center.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape in the hills. The complementary breakfast and dinner were hearty and delicious. We also loved the peaceful and secluded location, perfect for a romantic getaway. Another advantage was the variety of activities available at the hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff seemed inexperienced and didn't seem to know how to handle our requests efficiently. the road leading up to the hotel was quite rough, which made the journey a bit uncomfortable.

Our romantic escape was magical! We were surrounded by the most stunning views of the mountains. We could hear the birds chirping and see the beautiful sunrise right from our balcony. The cabin had a lovely rustic feel to it and was very clean and cozy. The complimentary breakfast offered a delicious spread of South Indian and continental dishes that we absolutely loved. We also enjoyed the indoor games and the zip-lining activity. It was so thrilling and made our trip even more adventurous.
